"Snow Racer"
In school, one kid got a toboggan for Christmas. After quite a few runs and weekends later, we took it apart and made single snow scooters, like follow the leader. These worked until we crashed many times breaking off the upright (steering). One of us put an upright and a board on the runner to sit and turn going down a slope. After High School in the 1950's, everyone went their own way. In the 70's I started riding the improved models, HA! In the 90's I retired and built the perfect patent.
Ride a bicycle - Ride a snow racer!
The invention, called the Snow Racer, features an ornamental design for a sled with a seat that is manufactured from laminated wood or heavy-duty plastic. The primary objective of this invention is to provide a sled that a rider can sit on while going down the slope. Rather racing for fun or competitive sport, the Snow Racer can be enjoyed by the whole family.
Inventor Ole Oldendorph was led to the development of his Snow Racer after realizing that there was nothing like this available on the market today. He has designed a snow device that is attractive, durable, and easy-to-use. This design is offered in a smaller size to fit youngsters of all ages.
