"About three or four years ago, my wife and I went camping with my son and grandsons. My wife was fixing our breakfast on a grid that unfolded and set over the campfire. She was turning the eggs over the fire, I thought as I watched her, that she needed a way to remove the pan from the fire that would be simple and easy. I made this campfire cooker and set it up in our back yard cooking hamburgers and hot dogs with some friends. They liked my idea, told me I should get a patent on it, so I did." The invention, is a cooking rack assembly that makes cooking on a campfire safer and easier. It features a stabilizing bar with multiple 1/2" steel pipes and 1/2" angel iron frame that holds the grid and hooks for raising and lowering the grid frame. With the CAMPFIRE COOKER, the consumer is able to adjust the height of the grid to prevent flare ups or easily remove the food by swiveling the grid/rack up to 360 degrees.
