"Coffee Saver"

"My name is Jack H. Bartelme, and I reside in Rhinelander, Wisconsin with my wife, Karen. We have three sons (Tim, Jack Jr., and Tom) and four grandchildren. I retired from the local paper mill after 32 years of employment with them. Several of my hobbies are fishing, camping, deer hunting, and also gardening. My latest invention, the Coffee Saver, provides a device that fits within the filter of a coffee maker so that the filter won't collapse allowing the grounds to flow into the coffee."

ADVANTAGES OF THIS INVENTION:
The COFFEE SAVER, features a solid one-piece eight gauge wire construction that fits inside a coffee filter. The open-air design allows the water to flow through easily, but prevents the collapse of the coffee filter. The configuration has six loops to hug the rim of the filter to prevent it from collapsing on all sides. The primary object of this invention is to provide a COFFEE SAVER that allows the consumer to make coffee without the possibility of a mess.

SALES POTENTIAL:
This patented coffee filter support fills a real need for millions of people worldwide. Once introduced, consumer and industry acceptance should be enthusiastic and immediate. Marketing will be easy, as it can be sold in discount, department, and kitchen supply stores, as well as, specialty outlets. In addition, it can be attractively featured in trade and industry catalogs, appropriate magazines, on home shopping networks, and over the Internet. It is an exciting, new innovation that opens up a highly profitable product line with unlimited national and international marketing opportunities.
