"Reheat/Regeneratative Type Thermal Power Plant Using The Ranking Cycle"

"I was born in a local country in Japan. After graduating from Marine College, I worked operational management of the thermal power plant in the electric power company for nearly 40 years. I had cycled to the office mostly everyday except hazard day, passing the incinerator located about one kilometer from the thermal power station. One day I happened to notice the possibility that the steam generated in the incinerator might be utilized in the thermal power station."

The invention, called the REHEAT/REGENERATIVE TYPE THERMAL POWER PLANT USING THE RANKING CYCLE, features a thermodynamic cycle which converts heat into work, by using water as the working fluid. A superheat pipe produces main steam with high pressure and high temperature to transfer to a high pressure turbine. A reheat conduction pipe is installed in a boiler to reheat the steam produced by the high pressure turbine and to supply it to medium pressure and low pressure turbines. An electric generator is driven by each of the turbines to generate electricity. An exit steam exhaust from the low pressure turbine returns to a condenser unit to form condensed water. The feed water path through which condensed water passes to the evaporation heat conduction pipe of the boiler, it is feed into different pressure heaters to bleed into respective turbines.  Then, the confluent feed waters are transferred to evaporation pipes by way of a heat exchanger conduction pipe. The evaporation heat conduction pipe is heated by burning fossil fuels and large amounts of combustible wastes. Using this method, this product lends itself as a user-friendly product. Inventor Katsushige Yamada was led to the development of his remarkable REHEAT/REGENERATIVE TYPE THERMAL POWER PLANT USING THE RANKING CYCLE after realizing that there was a need for an improved system of thermal conversion to electricity. He has designed a system that requires 100 times less energy than compressing gas into a compressor. This versatile product is very durable, and cost-efficient for many power plants.
