"Method And Apparatus For Conserving Water In A Wash"
Today many areas are experiencing mild to severe drought conditions. Because of this, water conservation regulations are being put into law in many areas. The need for car wash establishments to comply with these water conservation laws led Inventor Louis Colicchio to the development of his apparatus for conserving water in a car wash. He designed a portable high-pressure washer with built-in reclaim system that is perfect for drought and non-drought conditions. With just a flip of a switch, the user is able to save money, conserve water, and ultimately return better profits for the washing establishment.
The new method has D.E.P. compliance, requires no water conditioners or reclaim tanks, and has no chemical problems to deal with. The invention shown here, is a device for recycling the water and detergent from a holding tank for later reintroduction into the washing system. It is the primary object of this invention to reclaim from 10% to 90% of the wash water. It has the capacity of two gallons per minute at 1,000 lbs per square inch. This puts it in compliance with many city and state water conservation codes that are often in place during drought conditions. It is important to note that it has been successfully tested and proven.
Specialty:
◄Above ground reclaim systems. There are no water conditioners, no storage tanks and no chemical issues to deal with. Adaptable to all carwash systems and can reduce water detergent bills. This system can be purchased directly and the patent is available for leasing and is DEP Compliant.
